Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. The unit comes fully furnished, with washer and dryer, dishwasher, and views of the Spring Creek Trail. Located at Prospect Road and Robertson, just east of College, the location is only a few minutes drive from almost anywhere in Fort Collins, and is just a 10 minute bike ride from the CSU campus or Old Town.
The house is fully furnished, with queen sized bed, and all furniture shown below. The basement offers a large amount of storage space, so if you have some furniture you would prefer to use, then I am happy to store these items. It would also be possible to store furniture you have but do not intend on using.
I'm a 26 year old male in my first year of veterinary school at CSU. In my free time I climb, ski, trail run, play the guitar, and go on road trips. I'm looking for a graduate student or young professional to share the space. Preferably an optimist.
